Why we collect it
Only to deliver what you were promised: verify that your gift card is valid, confirm the action you chose to complete, deliver your reward, and prevent fraud and abuse.
Who sees your information
The business that sent you the gift can see that a gift was redeemed and any feedback or information you explicitly chose to share with them. Service providers who help us operate ACE — such as hosting and payment partners — may process data strictly on our instructions.
Your choices
Participation is always your choice. You can decline any offer and nothing happens. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us at the address below.
Data retention & security
We keep information only as long as needed to deliver rewards, meet legal obligations, and prevent fraud. Data is stored using industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest.
Children
ACE is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
