Rewards distributed through ACE (including gift cards and similar incentives) are provided at no cost to the recipient as part of a promotional or incentive program, and are not purchased by the recipient. As a condition of receiving a reward, the recipient must activate it — meaning the reward has been added to the recipient's applicable third-party account (e.g., Starbucks, Amazon) and/or redeemed — within thirty (30) days of issuance. This condition is a material part of the offer, and any reward not activated within this window is deemed unclaimed and expires. Upon expiration, the associated value reverts to ACE, and the reward is void. Reissuance after expiration is a matter of ACE's sole discretion and is not guaranteed, and where offered, may occur under the terms then in effect. Nothing in this section constitutes a promise to hold, safeguard, or pay any value to the recipient beyond the stated activation period.
