There's nothing to buy and nothing to pay. Everything below simply describes how ACE gifts work.

What ACE is

ACE connects businesses with people who are willing to give them a few minutes of attention. A business funds a gift or offer, and ACE delivers it to you. ACE is not the business that sent your gift, and ACE does not sell products to you.

Using an ACE gift

Each gift or offer explains what is being asked before you decide. If you complete the action described, the gift is yours. If you don't, nothing happens. Gifts are personal to the recipient, have no cash value, and can't be resold or transferred unless the sending business says otherwise.

No payment, ever

You never pay ACE to receive, unlock, or keep a gift. ACE will never ask for bank account, card, or Social Security details to release a gift. If someone asks you for those things in ACE's name, it isn't us — please email kel@acegenerates.com.

Fair use

Please don't attempt to duplicate gift codes, automate participation, misrepresent who you are, or interfere with the service. We may decline or reverse a reward if a gift is obtained through fraud, error, or abuse.

The business behind the gift

The sending business is responsible for its own products, offers, and any relationship you choose to have with it afterward. ACE is responsible for delivering the gift experience described to you.

Availability

ACE is provided as-is and may change, pause, or end features over time. We aim for the service to work reliably, but we can't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limits

To the extent the law allows, ACE isn't liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits rights you have that can't be limited by law.
