When you activate an ACE gift card or reward, or submit a form on an ACE site or on a business's ACE campaign page, you may choose to agree to be contacted:

• If you check the consent box, you agree that ACE Advertising LLC, and the specific business named on that consent box whose campaign you engaged with, may contact you at the phone number you provided using text messages, calls, prerecorded or ringless voicemail messages, and artificial or AI-generated voice calls, including through automated technology, about offers, rewards and appointments.
• Consent is optional and is never a condition of receiving your gift card or reward, or of any purchase.
• We only send these messages to people who have given this consent. Being on a data list, visiting a website, or appearing in search or intent data is never treated as consent.
• Any AI-voice call will identify itself as an AI assistant and say who it is calling for.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out at any time: reply STOP to any text, say “stop calling” or “do not call” on any call, or email Kel@acegenerates.com. We honor opt-out requests promptly and you’ll receive one confirmation text.

When you give consent, we keep a record of the exact consent wording you agreed to, the date and time, the web page, and your IP address, so we can prove consent was given and honor your choices.

• We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers (such as messaging platforms) who help us deliver messages, and the business named on the consent box you checked.
